Rain, rain please go away for a while; not entirely but just for a while. My goodness, we have webfeet! Then it is hot – cold – hot – cold…..but I would rather be here than dig out of 50 feet of snow.

Still putting the final touches on our July meeting and 30th Anniversary celebration of the Klub. I will let everyong know in the May issue all the great details. It is quite an accomplishment to be 30 YEARS as an organization. To all those who came before and will come after this is a true testament to the ones that started our Klub and I am so proud of our officers, royalty, ambassadors, board, and our members. I have always said our members are our best advertisement! Look forward to seeing you there to help us celebrate!

Of course, it is that time of the year when all the festivals, church picnics, and of course all the parades start. Well, really in Texas do we have to have a reason to do all these things?

If you are ever out and about and are wondering what we are all about, don’t be scared, come and join us. We would love to have you.

And as always, we look forward to seeing you down the road, on the dance floor, or just having a great time at so many happenings around the area.

Take time to thank our military, police, EMS, and firefighters who put their lives on the line every day for us. On behalf of the PoLK of A, “THANK YOU” for your service.
