FIESTA FRIDAY KICKS OFF BLANCO FUNDRAISER

Twin Sisters Dance Hall in Blanco invites you to the 6th Annual Raise the Roof Fundraiser. Thanks to past fundraisers and grants, the hall got a new roof in March 2018. This year's Raise the Roof festival will continue the tradition of raising funds as the upkeep of this historic hall continues to be a challenge for the group of volunteers determined to keep the music playing. It's an all-day affair with chili and BBQ cook offs, along with vendors for shopping, food vendors, silent auction, 42 domino tournament, and washer pitching tournament on Sat.

But the fun this year will start with Fiesta Friday on Sept. 27. The evening will feature market vendors, silent auction, homemade salsa contest, and salsa tasting. The hall opens at 7 pm featuring performances by Grupo Folklorico de Bendiciones and Mariachi Daman de Jalisco.
