PO.L.K. OF A. ORGANIZES TEXAS CHAPTER, FIRST SLATE OF OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ELECTED

The Texas Chapter of the Polka Lovers Klub of America (Po.L.K. of A.) was organized January 16 at the Knights of Columbus Hall #5477 at 6320 Madden Road in Houston.

Over 40 polka enthusiasts were in attendance to sign up as charter mem bers. Spearheaded by Al Stryk, this new organization promises to be a powerful force for polka music in the Lone Star State.
