Over FIFTY YEARS in the making, the Harry Czarnek and Texas Dutchmen Orchestra are marking their 50 th anniversary. Yes, one of the premier polka and waltz party bands of Central Texas have been attempting to celebrate in their Golden Anniversary year. They had big plans for the 2020 spring, summer, and fall however some unforeseen obstacles were placed in their path. The current orchestra has performed once so far this year. In September, they did a live Facebook broadcast from the stage of the TCHCC in La Grange. If all goes well, on November 15 at the Sokol Hall in Ennis they will meet up with Brave Combo for a dance and live performance.

While it is the 50 th year of the Texas Dutchmen Orchestra, for Harry Czarnek (pronounced Zarneck), this is the second act of Harry’s music career.
